Lecture exploring teams, human resources and broader aspects of organisational behaviour within SMEs in periods of set-up, high growth, and crisis. Followed by free drinks reception from 6.30pm.

This talk is part of the Institute of Continuing Education's free evening lecture series, 'Empowered Employability'. The lectures are aimed at Cambridge University students, post-doctoral researchers and staff. Those from science and technology businesses and research organisations are also welcome to attend.
