If you’ve ever wondered what the very best of University and
College Catering looks like, come to the public viewing of the University culinary competition.
There are eight presentation classes:
Canapés, cold starter, hot main course, hot vegetarian main course, under 21’s, cold sweet, afternoon tea cakes, petit fours.
And two front of house classes:
Table laying & waiting skills, table decorations with Christmas theme, incorporating the live cookery class award ceremony.
