Mindfulness Retreat

Life is about choice. Choose to attend either day of this retreat independently or as a weekend, and gain a grounding in two approaches within mindfulness and meditation.
The sessions will by led by Dr Elizabeth English, the University of Cambridge's Mindfulness Practitioner.
- 12 August: Mindfulness for Calm and Content allows you time to create space and spaciousness within yourself. With different types of meditation explored, you have a chance to discover what suits you and how you can 'come home to yourself'.
- 13 August: Mindfulness for Confidence and Kindness teaches us, through understanding our relationship with ourselves, how to feel and act with empathy and friendliness and forge a deeper connection with others.
