The Performer's Voice: On Re-Creating the Score in Performance

A journey through time presenting some of the pinnacles of the solo flute repertoire from Bach to the 20th century. The programme highlights the performer's 'voice' and the multitude of opportunities afforded in the performance of these master-pieces through multiple performances of Debussy's well-beloved Syrinx.
