Eileen Cooper: A Woman's Skin

Sat 6 May - Sun 17 September

Wolfson College

An important exhibition of seventeen works by Eileen Cooper OBE RA, the first female Keeper of the Royal Academy Schools since its foundation in 1768.

This selection of paintings, collages and sculptures, which date from 1989 to 2016, document the artist’s distinguished place in the contemporary figurative tradition and reposition her work in light of three key themes: the monumental female figure, symbolic space and totemic nature.

The exhibition is open to the public Saturdays and Sundays 15.00 to 17.00 from 6 May to 17 September (closed 24/25 June and 29/30 July).

Cost: Free
