New Cambridge Singers teams up with New Cambridge Players and star soloist Julia Hwang in an orchestral extravaganza. Mendelssohn's effervescent and youthful violin concerto contrasts with Mozart's iconic Requiem, in the traditional Sussmayr completion. The concert will open with another undisputed masterpiece, the overture to Mozart's opera The Marriage of Figaro.
