Mon 6 February 2017
Alison Richard Building
Following last year's successful programme, we are running another documentary film series this year on the theme: 'Social Movements, Protest & Dissent in India'. This will feature a completely new list of documentaries over eight, thematically arranged weeks. These interrogate issues from the environment and caste discrimination, to Hindutva and freedom of expression.
Screenings are open to all, and we will also provide wine, juice and namkeen! Feel free to invite guests.
Please join us for Week 3 on Monday 6 February, where we will screen a documentary on the theme: 'DALIT IDENTITIES & CASTE MOVEMENTS':
INDIA UNTOUCHED (Stalin K | 2007 | 105mins)
