Taste of India - Art Workshop for Children aged 5-12

We will be discovering the patterns associated with this country and learning about unique techniques such as wood block printing whilst having lots of fun!
Come away with a printed bag, t-shirt and your own handmade diya in time for Diwali. Bring an apron or old t-shirt.
This workshop is associated with our current exhibition: Representing Partition: India and Pakistan.
Cost £15 - There is a small additional booking fee. The cost includes materials, refreshments and a charity donation for NNEdPro urban slum dwellers teaching kitchens in India and Pakistan.
The exhibition and this event are supported by the Paul Mellon Centre for Studies in British Art and in association with NNEdPro, Art History in Schools.
