Professor Mark de Rond

Cambridge Judge Business School Webinar – How to Have “Courageous” Conversations in Lock-down

Wed 10 June 2020

Online

Join Professor Mark de Rond for this webinar as part of Cambridge Judge Business School’s webinar series - “What’s Next? How to Survive and Thrive in a Post-COVID-19 World”.

People in the workplace rarely ever talk about what really matters and this is particularly true when it comes to conversations that involve a degree of personal risk. At a time of great uncertainty and stress, Mark de Rond, Professor of Organisational Ethnography, will address three issues: what we can do, today, to prevent the need for courageous conversations, tomorrow; how we can best prepare ourselves and how to structure the conversation for the best chance of success.

The ideas presented are grounded in over 10 years’ experience in mediation and 15 years working with teams in corporate life and beyond.
