Charity Concert for Bella’s Fund 2017

Thu 2 November 2017

West Road Concert Hall

Join us for an unforgettable evening as a talented 40-strong orchestra play classical music by Beethoven and Bruch.

We are honored to have Jesus College graduate award winning Bertie Baigent as conductor and the amazingly talented Julia Hwang as violin soloist.

This charity event is in support of research for children with Inflammatory Bowel Disease. The aim is to raise people’s awareness of paediatric Inflammatory Bowel Disease and to support Bella’s Fund, established in 2014 by the family of Isabella, who was diagnosed with severe Ulcerative Colitis at Addenbrooke’s Hospital.

Bella’s Fund has committed to raise money to support research into the cause and treatment of Inflammatory Bowel Disease in children. The research is being carried out in the Department of Paediatric Gastroenterology at Addenbrooke's, in collaboration with researchers from the University of Cambridge.

All proceeds will go to charity. Donations to Bella's Fund are welcome through the webpage www.justgiving.com/fundraising/BellasFund and on the concert day.

Cost: Full £10, concessions £5
