Chapter VIII

CONDUCT OF BUSINESS

Provision shall be made by Special Ordinance for

  1. (a)calling Congregations;
  2. (b)preparation and submission of Reports to the Regent House and the Senate; and their Discussion;
  3. (c)submission of Graces (that is, resolutions) to the Regent House and the Senate; arrangements for voting and amendments. All Graces submitted require the authorization of the Council;
  4. (d)elections by the Regent House and the Senate, and other elections.
