Disability Resource Centre (DRC)
Best Practice and Publications
We're committed to promoting best practice throughout the University, and improving its provision of disability support. The University has a commitment to widening participation and legal obligations to fulfil under the Equality Act (2010), which supercedes the Disability Discrimination Act (DDA).
To the left of the page you will find a selection of best practice guides, produced by the DRC, to help departments, colleges and individuals develop accessible and inclusive teaching and learning practices.
Below you will find a number of publications providing practical advice and support for students and staff. The list is ever growing and we suggest you revisit this page from time-to-time for additions.
If you would like the DRC to produce a guide not available here, please contact us.
