Changing Your Course Registration

You may apply to change your course registration in exceptional circumstances. You may find it useful to discuss changing your course registration with your supervisor or college tutor.

If your proposed transfer will bring about an increase in the university composition fee, you will need to provide the Board with evidence that you can fund yourself for this amount. For information on the costs of your study, please see the 'Fees and Funding' section.

• Fees and Funding

Please ask your sponsor to provide the Board with evidence that they are happy to provide for the additional cost. If you are privately funded, you will need the person funding you to declare they are happy to provide for the additional cost and to complete a Financial Undertaking Form.

• Meeting Your Financial Condition

Application forms for applying to change your course registration are available from your Self-Service pages. You will need to secure the approval of your sponsor as part of the application process.
