Welcome to the Graduate Students' section of the site. Here you will find information specifically for graduates including regular updates on what is happening at the Board and how any changes might affect you.

This information should be read in conjunction with that for All Students as many of the requirements of the University apply to both undergraduate and graduate alike.

Code of Practice for Graduate Students

The Code of Practice sets out the University's guidelines for those graduate courses examined by scrutiny of an extended research dissertation and an oral examination only. It may also be applied to the research years and thesis examination for the EngD Degree.

Applications for Continuation and Readmission

If you are currently, or have previously been, registered as a graduate student at Cambridge on a PhD, MPhil, MRes, MSt, MASt, LLM, Graduate Diploma or a Certificate in Advanced Study in Mathematics (Part III Maths) and wish to continue to another graduate qualification, you will need to apply to continue/be readmitted as a graduate student.
