Office Closure

The Graduate Admissions Office will be closed on Monday 7th July, re-opening 9 am on Tuesday 8th July.

During this time we will be unable to respond to any phone or email queries.

You will continue to have access to your self-service accounts.

Your Self-Service Account

Your Self-Service tells you everything the BGS knows about your progress and is quicker to use than telephone or email.

It is important that you check your Self-Service regularly as it is the primary way in which we will communicate with you.

The Self Service account allows you to:

  • track the progress of your application
  • Upload supporting documentation
  • see which supporting documents are outstanding
  • Tell us about changes to your contact details
  • view your offer conditions
  • Print a certificate of offer
  • Accept or decline your offer
  • Request a deferral of admission

Log in instructions will be emailed to you within 30 hours of submitting your online application. If you applied on paper, you should allow at least ten working days for your application to be processed, before you can expect to receive your login details.

Current students accessing details on their new graduate application should not use the "Self Service Page for Current Graduate Students".

Please note: there is a 'due date' given in Self-Service for your documents. This date does not supersede the requirement that your complete application (including uploaded documentation and references) must arrive by the relevant closing date. If your supporting documentation arrives late, you may not be considered for the course or the funding for which you applied.
