The aim of Personal Development Planning (PDP) is to help you make the most of your time at Cambridge. It can be used to assist you to think about your talents and achievements, to identify your goals, and to plan your future career.
The University's Skills Portal provides information on the skills and behavioural attributes individuals might like to develop, and lists training and development opportunities available across the University together with links to useful resources outside the University.
Graduate Development Programme
The Graduate Development Programme, run through the Centre for Personal and Professional Development, is designed to help graduate students with teaching and transferable skills, covering subjects such as undergraduate supervision, and providing access to the Springboard and Navigator personal development programmes.
