Dates of Examinations and Publication of Class‑Lists

(Statutes and Ordinances, p. 249)

With immediate effect

The General Board, on the recommendation of the Faculty Board of Asian and Middle Eastern Studies, has approved the amendment of the footnote setting out the dates of the oral examinations for Part II of the Asian and Middle Eastern Studies Tripos so as to replace 'Persian' with 'Japanese'. This brings the footnote in line with practice, and the Faculty Board are satisfied that no student will be disadvantaged as a result.

Museum of Zoology

(Statutes and Ordinances, p. 644)

With immediate effect

The General Board, on the recommendation of the Faculty Board of Biology, has agreed to amend Regulation 1(e) of the General Board Regulations for the Museum of Zoology to enable the curatorial office in Malacology in the Museum to be held as an office of Curator or Assistant Curator or Senior Assistant Curator, as determined by the General Board. This change will remove an anomaly, whereby only the curatorial office in Malacology cannot be held as a Curatorship.
