Graces

Graces submitted to the Regent House on 18 July 2018

The Council submits the following Graces to the Regent House. These Graces, unless they are withdrawn or a ballot is requested in accordance with the regulations for Graces of the Regent House (Statutes and Ordinances, p. 105) will be deemed to have been approved at 4 p.m. on Friday, 27 July 2018.

1. That the table of fees attached to the regulations for University Composition Fees (Statutes and Ordinances, p. 156, as amended by Grace 1 of 10 January 2018), be amended for 2019–20 as set out in the Schedule attached to its Notice dated 16 July 2018.1

2. That the recommendations in paragraph 4 of the Joint Report of the Council and the General Board, dated 22 May 2018 and 6 June 2018, on Professorships established for a fixed term (Reporter, 6509, 2017–18, p. 678) be approved.2

3. That the recommendations in paragraph 8 of the Report of the General Board, dated 6 June 2018, on Senior Academic Promotions (Reporter, 6510, 2017–18, p. 694) be approved.3

Graces to be submitted to the Regent House at a Congregation on 20 July 2018

The Council has sanctioned the submission of the following Graces to the Regent House at a Congregation to be held on 20 July 2018:

That the following person be admitted to the degree of Master of Arts by incorporation:

1. Paul ffolkes Davis, Fellow of Trinity Hall, Master of Arts of the University of Oxford (2003).

That the following persons be admitted to the degree of Master of Arts under the provisions of Statute B II 2:

The Council has sanctioned the submission of the following Graces to the Regent House at a Congregation to be held on 21 July 2018:

That the following person be admitted to the degree of Master of Arts by incorporation:

1. Emily Jane Charnock, Fellow of Selwyn College, Master of Arts of the University of Oxford (2006).

That the following persons be admitted to the degree of Master of Arts under the provisions of Statute B II 2:
