Professor Evis Sala, HH, M.Phil., Ph.D., JN, Chief, Body Imaging Service, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and Professor of Radiology, Weill Cornell Medical College, elected Professor of Oncological Imaging with effect from 1 January 2018.

Professor Juan Fernando Calderon Gutierrez, B.A., Chile, Santiago de Chile, Ph.D., Diplôme des Études Approfondies, École des Hautes Études en Sciences Sociales, Paris, Director of Research and Professor, National University of San Martin, Argentina, and Professor, Latin American Faculty of Social Sciences and University of Cordoba, elected Simón Bolívar Visiting Professor from 1 October 2017 until 30 June 2018, assigned to the Centre of Latin-American Studies.

Professor Sandra Grace Harding, B.A., Douglass College, USA, Ph.D., New York, Distinguished Research Professor (Retired), University of Califonia, Los Angeles, elected Diane Middlebrook and Carl Djerassi Visiting Professor of Gender Studies from 3 October 2017 until 1 December 2017.

Professor Ira Isaac Katznelson, Ph.D., JN, B.A., Columbia, President, Social Science Research Council and Ruggles Professor of Political Science and History, Columbia University, elected Pitt Professor of American History and Institutions from 3 October 2017 until 30 September 2018.

Professor George Patrick Keiller, B.Sc., London, M.A., Royal College of Art, elected Sir Arthur Marshall Visiting Professor of Sustainable Urban Design from 1 October 2017 untli 30 September 2018.

Professor Turalay Kenc, B.A., Gazi, Turkey, M.Sc., Ph.D., York, Consultant Gerson Lehrman Group, elected Pembroke Visiting Professor of International Finance from 25 September 2017 until 24 March 2018, assigned to the Judge Business School.
