The General Board, on the recommendation of the Faculty Board of Medicine, has approved a change to the membership of the M.Chir. Committee, to add the Head of the Department of Surgery, or a deputy, as Chair of the Committee. In Regulation 2 of the regulations for the degree of Master of Surgery, new sub-paragraph (a) has therefore been inserted and sub-paragraph (b) revised as shown below, and the remaining sub-paragraphs renumbered.
