The Professorship of Education (2008) becomes vacant on 1 October 2014. The General Board have received a recommendation from the Faculty Board of Education and the Council of the School of the Humanities and Social Sciences that, under the provisions of Statute D, XV, 18(a)(iii), the period of consultation be extended to 1 January 2014.
The Council has agreed to submit a Grace to the Regent House (Grace 4, p. 479) to extend the period of consultation for the Professorship.
