Institute of Continuing Education: Notice

(Statutes and Ordinances, p. 635)

The General Board, on the recommendation of the Strategic Committee for the Institute of Continuing Education, have approved the Committee as being a body having the power to grant the title of Affiliated Lecturer to any person who has been invited by the Committee to take part in the teaching programme of the Institute (see the regulations for Affiliated Lecturers, Statutes and Ordinances, p. 736). The regulations for the Institute have been amended, with effect from 1 October 2011, as follows:

Regulations 7–10.

By renumbering these regulations as 8–11 respectively.

By inserting a new Regulation 7 so as to read:

7. The Strategic Committee shall have the authority to make recommendations to the General Board for granting the title of Affiliated Lecturer to persons who make a substantial contribution to the Institute’s teaching programmes.
