Equality and Diversity: Annual open consultation

The annual open consultation, entitled Are we making progress?, will be held at 11.30 a.m. on 14 February 2011, at the University Centre, Granta Place. Come along and discuss the University’s work on equality and diversity and the law. All staff are welcome. Further information is available at http://www.admin.cam.ac.uk/offices/hr/equality/events/.

Announcement of seminars

The following seminars will be open to members of the University and others who are interested:

Criminology. Dr Liz Hales will give a seminar entitled, Research on the criminalization of migrant women, as part of the Cambridge Socio-Legal Group Occasional Seminar Series, at 5 p.m. on Tuesday, 15 February 2011 (chaired by Professor Loraine Gelsthorpe), in Seminar Room B3 at the Institute of Criminology, Sidgwick Avenue.

Professor Santiago Redondo, University of Barcelona, will give a public seminar entitled Triple risk for delinquency and crime model (TRDm): a new integrative theory of criminal behaviour, at 5.30 p.m. on Thursday, 17 February 2011, in Seminar Room B3 at the Institute of Criminology, Sidgwick Avenue.
