Administrative Officer (Records Manager) in the Student Administration Department of the Academic Division of the University Offices

Salary: £25,751–£29,853 a year.

The post-holder will manage the accurate recording of data in the student record system, contribute to the development of internal business processes in support of increased efficiency, advise users of the system, and support the improvement of data integrity.

The post-holder will be based in two sections of the Academic Division: the Board of Graduate Studies and Student Administration and Records. Together, they provide the administrative resources for the maintenance of the University’s student records and associated activities for students and staff. The offices liaise extensively with students, Colleges, and the University’s Faculties and Departments.

Applicants should be educated to degree level or equivalent and have previous administrative experience, preferably gained within the HE sector.
