The Registrary has received notice from the Clerk at the Privy Council Office that Her Majesty the Queen, at a Council held on 8 July 2009, was pleased to approve an amendment of Statute K which was submitted under the Common Seal of the University in accordance with Grace 3 of 28 January 2009.
The amendment of Statute K will include Homerton College in the list of Colleges in section 3(a) and will take effect from the sealing of the Charter of incorporation of the College.
Since the publication of the Council's Report on Homerton College, the College has made an amendment to its proposed Statutes. The amended Statutes are available for consultation in the Reception in the Old Schools until 4 August 2009 and on the College's website (http://www.homerton.cam.ac.uk/).
