Professor John S. Parker, Director, Cambridge University Botanic Garden, will deliver a lecture entitled The Voyage to the Beagle Letters, Henslow, Darwin and the Cambridge Philosophical Society, on Thursday, 9 July 2009, at 5.30 p.m. in the Bristol-Myers Squibb Lecture Theatre, Department of Chemistry, Lensfield Road. All who are interested are invited and a complimentary wine reception will take place after the lecture for all attendees.
