ONE-YEAR DEPARTMENTAL LECTURERSHIP IN BRITISH HISTORY c.1685-1830

Applications are invited for a one-year, fixed-term Departmental Lecturership in Early Modern British History, tenable from 1 October 2009. The appointment is to fulfil teaching needs arising from a period of academic leave awarded to a current post-holder, and is non-renewable. Applications are invited from those with active research interests in any field of British history between 1685 and 1830.

The successful candidate will be appointed to a one-year, fixed-term Lecturership at Worcester College and to a Departmental Lecturership in the Faculty of History for the same period. The salary will be in the range of £28,839 to £30,594 a year.
