Professorship of Molecular Pathology: Notice

The Board of Electors to the Professorship of Molecular Pathology invite applications for this Professorship from persons with research experience in any area of molecular pathology and candidates experienced in the study of infection and immunology are particularly welcome.

The successful candidate will foster her or his subject through application of molecular biology to currently unsolved problems in disease pathogenesis and will have clinical responsibilities within the Histopathology Service of the Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

The annual pensionable stipend for a Professor with clinical responsibilities is on a scale currently from £73,403 to £98,962 at a point determined by level of seniority.

The appointment will be subject to the Statutes and Ordinances of the University.
