TUTORIAL FELLOWSHIP AND UNIVERSITY LECTURERSHIP (CUF) IN LAW

St Anne's College and the Faculty of Law of the University of Oxford welcome applications for a Tutorial Fellowship in Law. Candidates should be able to devise and give high-quality tutorials, classes, and lectures. They should also have excellent research capability. The College's preference would be for someone able to offer teaching for the College in two of the Private Law subjects (Contract, Tort, Land, Trusts), although consideration will also be given to applicants offering teaching in certain other areas of the Oxford syllabus, as set out in the further particulars.

The post is available from 1 October 2009 or as soon as possible thereafter. The Fellowship will be held in conjunction with a University Lecturership (CUF) in the Faculty of Law. The post-holder will enjoy an exceptionally rich academic environment in which to pursue research and teaching in Law.

The salary will be on a scale currently from £42,351 to £56,917 a year. A housing allowance of £5,665 a year is paid if living outside of College. St Anne's College operates an equity sharing scheme, to assist Fellows in purchasing their house. Additional College and Faculty allowances are available.
