TUTORIAL FELLOWSHIP AND TITULAR UNIVERSITY LECTURERSHIP (CUF) IN TWENTIETH CENTURY HISTORY

Applications are invited for a Joint University Lecturership (Titular CUF), with a Tutorial Fellowship at Trinity College from 1 October 2009. Applicants should have an expertise in the twentieth century history of any area bordering the Mediterranean, and should have the ability to give lectures in this field, as well as supervising graduate students and devising courses at a graduate and undergraduate level in their area. In addition, they will be required to teach in tutorials a range of papers from the History B.A. Degree course, including outline papers in General and/or British History as well as contributing to the teaching of the methodological papers, and supervision of undergraduate dissertations within Trinity College.

The salary will be on a scale currently from £50,040 to £64,606 a year, under review, including pensionable housing allowance. Additional College and Faculty allowances are available.
