regulations for examinations

The General Board give notice that, on the recommendation of the Faculty Board or other authority concerned, the regulations for certain University examinations have been amended as follows:

Regulation 18

With effect from 1 October 2009

Papers 5 (French law) and 46 (Comparative law) have been suspended for 2009-10.

With effect from 1 October 2010

Paper 24 (Equity) has been moved from Group III to Group IV and Papers 42 (Intellectual property), 46 (Comparative law), and 47 (Jurisprudence) have been moved from Group IV to Group III. The revised composition of Groups III and IV is as follows:
