Grace submitted to the Regent House on 26 November 2008

The Council submits the following Grace to the Regent House. This Grace, unless it is withdrawn or a ballot is requested in accordance with the regulations for Graces of the Regent House (Statutes and Ordinances, p. 107), will be deemed to have been approved at 4 p.m. on Friday, 5 December 2008.

1. That Mr N. J. A. Downer and Mr C. L. M. Pratt, elected members of the Finance Committee in class (b), serve for the following periods:1

Mr Downer, for three years from 1 January 2009

Mr Pratt, to 31 December 2009
