Brasenose College is seeking to appoint a Director of Development and Alumni Relations to head its Development Office. Brasenose celebrates its 500th anniversary in 2009 and is preparing a development campaign. The Development Office is central to establishing the resources required for the College to achieve its goals.
The Director of Development and Alumni Relations will be an experienced fundraising professional, able to work at a strategic level, and also comfortable with having personal involvement with active fundraising. The Director will head a small team and be responsible for implementing a strategy which has the full backing of the Principal and Fellows. The Director will become a Fellow of the College and a member of the Governing Body. This post will be attractive to a highly motivated and experienced individual with a track record of achieving targets in a demanding educational environment. The remuneration package for the post will be competitive and commensurate with experience, and there will be annual performance related reviews.
