The 2009 Boutwood Lectures will be given by Professor Jonathan Wolff, Professor of Political Philosophy, University College London. This year's lectures are entitled Disadvantage, risk, and health.
The two lectures will take place on Tuesday, 17 February 2009 and Wednesday, 18 February 2009, in the McCrum Lecture Theatre, Corpus Christi College, at 5 p.m.
On Thursday, 19 February 2009, a panel discussion will be held in the McCrum Lecture Theatre, Corpus Christi College, at 5 p.m. All are welcome.
A funeral service for Dr Gerard Duveen (see p. 194) will take place in the Chapel, Corpus Christi College, on 21 November 2008, at 2 p.m.
A funeral service for Professor A. Geoffrey Woodhead (see p. 194) will take place at York Crematorium on Tuesday, 25 November 2008, at 12.30 p.m.
