The Board of Electors to the Professorship of Zoology invite applications for this Professorship from scholars of international standing whose research in the biological sciences is consistent with the current interests and strengths of the Department of Zoology, to take up appointment on 1 October 2010 or as soon as possible thereafter. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to assume the Headship of the Department for a period of five years in the first instance.
The appointment will be subject to the Statutes and Ordinances of the University.
