regulations for examinations

The General Board give notice that, on the recommendation of the Faculty Board or other authority concerned, the regulations for certain University examinations have been amended as follows:

Modern and Medieval Languages Tripos (Portuguese)

(Statutes and Ordinances, pp. 363 and 366)

With effect from 1 October 2009

SCHEDULE B

Portuguese

The title of Paper Pg. 4 has been amended from 'Dreams of Empire: colonialism, dictatorship, and Fascism in Lusophone culture' to 'Self, family, nation, and empire in Lusophone culture'.

SCHEDULE II

The list of papers available in Portuguese in Part II of the Modern and Medieval Languages Tripos has been amended by including Paper Pg. 3 (Introduction to the language and literature of Portugal, Brazil, and Portuguese-speaking Africa). This paper is not available to candidates who offer or offered Portuguese as a language in any Part of the Modern and Medieval Languages Tripos or for a Certificate or Diploma.
