STIPENDIARY LECTURERSHIP IN MEDICINE / PHYSIOLOGICAL SCIENCES

Applications are invited for a Lecturership in Medicine / Physiological Sciences for one year from 1 October 2008. The stipend will be in the range of £11,501 to £12,945 a year.

The Lecturer will be required to teach up to six hours a week during term to students studying Medicine and Physiological Sciences, and will share responsibility for the organization and delivery of teaching in this area with Dr John Parrington, a Tutorial Fellow of the College.

The successful candidate should be able to teach subjects relevant to the first year BM Physiology and Pharmacology paper and the second year BM Integrative Systems paper, as well as related Physiology and Pharmacology topics for the Physiological Sciences degree. The post-holder will also be required to take part in the interviewing and selection of undergraduate Medicine and Physiological Sciences applicants during Michaelmas Term 2008.
