Senior Lecturer/Lecturer in Operations Management at Judge Business School

Judge Business School is looking to recruit an exceptional scholar who can contribute to a growing School in the field of Operations Management. Successful candidates will be able to provide clear evidence of intellectual excellence and the potential and ambition to establish a publications record in the leading journals in their field; they will have (or expect soon to receive) a Ph.D. Degree in a relevant subject. Experience of teaching at undergraduate, postgraduate or post-experience levels is desirable.

Depending on the experience of the successful candidate, the appointment will be made at Lecturer or Senior Lecturer level. The salary will be in the range of £34,793 to £49,606 a year.

Head of Equality and Diversity (Senior Assistant Registrary) in the Human Resources Division of the University Offices

Following a recent reorganization, Cambridge University now seeks a highly talented Equality and Diversity practitioner to lead, instigate, and develop Equality and Diversity best practice in this world-leading institution.

Reporting to the Assistant Director of HR, and working hand in hand with internal stakeholders, the post-holder will be responsible for managing the team and formulating and delivering the Equality and Diversity strategy for over 8,500 staff and around 17,500 students across the University, together with oversight of the Disability Resource Centre.

This is a key high profile role in an institution serious about Equality and Diversity. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading, developing, and implementing Equality and Diversity in a pragmatic and exemplary way. Experience of working in the higher education or public sector would be an advantage. Excellent communication and relationship management skills are a pre-requisite.

An excellent package is on offer to the successful candidate. The salary will be in the range of £46,759 to £49,606 a year.
