The Fellows of Sidney Sussex College will soon be proceeding to the election of a Master in succession to Professor Dame Sandra Dawson, whose tenure ends in the summer of 2009. Any person wishing to be considered for election to the Mastership, or who would wish to suggest for consideration the names of possible candidates, is invited to write in confidence to the Deputy Vice Master, Professor Richard Penty, Sidney Sussex College, Cambridge, CB2 3HU (tel. 01223 330868) by 30 April 2008.
