Brasenose College

STIPENDIARY LECTURESHIP IN MEDIEVAL ENGLISH

Brasenose College wishes to appoint an eight-hour Stipendiary Lecturer in Medieval English Language and Literature for one year from 1 October 2008.

The person appointed will be expected to teach Old- and Middle-English language and literature, and the History of the English Language for the Honour Schools of English and associated Joint Honour Schools, to participate in entrance procedures, and to assist generally in the running of English in collaboration with the Tutors in English.

The salary will be in the range of £15,335 to £17,259 a year according to qualifications and experience.
