Director of the Personnel Division of the University Offices (Director of Human Resources): Notice

The University is seeking to appoint a Director of Human Resources. This position is one of the most significant non-academic appointments in the University. Reporting to the University Registrary, the post-holder carries responsibility for both strategic and operational aspects of the function, and for ensuring the ongoing recruitment, retention, development, and reward of the best talent at all levels.

The new Director will have successfully held a senior position in a sizeable, complex, decentralized organization with a customer-oriented approach to the delivery of effective and highly valued Human Resources services. The role will promote greater business partnering with other constituent parts of the University and remain alert to their changing needs and is an opportunity to build a world-class Human Resources function.
