Language Centre: Notice

(Statutes and Ordinances, p. 613)

With effect from 1 October 2007

The General Board have accepted a recommendation from the Committee of Management of the Language Centre that those persons completing any of the Cambridge University Language Programmes (CULP) should receive a Certificate of Proficiency, to be awarded by the Language Centre. The General Board are satisfied that the programmes include provision of teaching and assessment appropriate for the award of a certificate. The regulations for the Language Centre have been amended as set out below.

Regulation 3.

By inserting a new sub-paragraph (f) so as to read:
(f)to award certificates in subjects approved by the General Board to those persons who have followed courses of the Language Centre and whose work on those courses has been assessed by criteria determined by the Language Centre.
