All Souls College

ACADEMIC ADMINISTRATOR AND DOMESTIC BURSAR

The College intends to elect an Official Fellow with responsibility for many of its academic and domestic affairs. The Fellowship is for seven years, renewable until retirement. The person appointed will collaborate with the Warden and Fellows in activities in support of scholarship and research, broadly understood. A small expert administrative staff will assist the Fellow.

Applications are invited from people with understanding of academic work and experience of providing support to academics, experience of budgeting and accounting, as well as of responding to outside agencies for the proper conduct of the College's business. The job includes supervision of the College's domestic activities and staff.

The closing date for applications is 4 January 2008; the College will make a long short-list by 18 January, and expects to make a decision in early March.
