Elections will be held for places on the following committees: (i) one member of the Faculty Board in class (c) to serve for four years from 1 January 2008; (ii) two members of the Planning and Resources Committee to serve for two years from 1 January 2008; (iii) one member of the Teaching and Learning Committee to serve for two years from 1 January 2008.

The Chairman of the Faculty Board of Philosophy gives notice that the Annual Meeting of the Faculty will be held at 2 p.m. on 19 November 2007, in the Board Room of the Faculty of Philosophy, Raised Faculty Building, Sidgwick Avenue.
Among the business to be transacted will be the election in accordance with Statute C, IV, 2(c), of three members of the Faculty Board to serve for four years from 1 January 2008.

The Chairman of the Faculty Board of Social and Political Sciences gives notice that the Annual Meeting of the Faculty will be held at 2 p.m. on 15 November 2007, in the Seminar Room, Free School Lane. The business of the meeting will include the election of one member of the Faculty Board of Social and Political Sciences in class (c), in accordance with Statute C, IV, 2(c), to fill one vacancy from 1 January 2008 for four years.
