1 Statutes and Ordinances, p. 159. The fee for 2007-08 proposed in Grace 3 of 14 March 2007 for Category N for continuing undergraduate students (i.e. those students who commenced their courses before 1 September 2006 or who had deferred entry from an earlier year) was incorrectly given as £612. The correct fee is £610, the fee determined by the Secretary of State, which is slightly less than half the full fee for continuing students (£1,225). The proposed amendment to Regulation 12 for University Composition Fees makes provision for the fee for a student in Category N commencing a course in 2006-07 or later years to be that determined by the Secretary of State if this differs from half the full fee.
