The Department of Anglo-Saxon, Norse, and Celtic, with the aid of a generous grant from the Irish Government Department of Community, Rural, and Gaeltacht Affairs, will be running Modern Irish classes at three levels (introductory, intermediate, and advanced) this year. These classes are free and open to all members of the University. Classes will commence the week of 8 October and will take place on Tuesday afternoons and Wednesday mornings in term-time (hours to be confirmed).
