1 Statutes and Ordinances, p. 115. By Grace 1 of 9 February 2005 and by order of Her Majesty in Council on 14 December 2005, Statute A, VII, 4 was amended to remove reference to the Secretary General of the Faculties, the Treasurer, and Assistant Treasurers. The Statute now prohibits the Chancellor, Vice-Chancellor, Pro-Vice-Chancellors, University Advocate, Deputy University Advocate, Registrary, Assistant Registraries, and Secretaries of the Schools from being members of the Board of Scrutiny; it also provides that the University may by Ordinance designate the holders of other University offices established by Ordinance, and which have primarily administrative duties, as being prohibited from membership of the Board. This Grace makes such provision.

2 Statutes and Ordinances, p. 631. It is proposed to amend the title of the Development Director to reflect his supervision of and responsibility for both University fund-raising and alumni relations.
