Elections

Professor Alexander Philip Dawid, M.A., Sc.D., TH, Professor of Statistics, University College London, elected Professor of Statistics with effect from 1 October 2007.

Professor David John Spiegelhalter, OBE, B.A., M.A., Oxford, M.Sc., Ph.D., London, FRS, Senior Scientist, MRC Biostatistics Unit, Cambridge, elected Winton Professor of the Public Understanding of Risk with effect from 1 October 2007.
