The College invites applications for a three-year non-renewable Junior Research Fellowship in American History, funded by a generous gift from the Rothermere Foundation. Applicants should have completed or be close to completion of a doctorate in some aspect of this subject. In addition to his/her research, the successful applicant may be asked to carry out some teaching for the College.
The stipend will be on a scale from £16,749 to £18,851 a year, with annual increments within the scale subject to satisfactory performance. There will also be a research allowance. Single accommodation will be made available if required.
