RECORDS MANAGEMENT OFFICER

The College is seeking a Records Management Officer (14 hours a week) to maintain and develop its records management system. The system, which was established following a three-year project, encompasses both paper and electronic records. The post-holder will also be responsible for ensuring that the College complies with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act.

The appointee will hold a qualification in records management and/or archive management. He/she will be able to demonstrate good organizational and administrative skills, be able to work with minimal supervision, and be able to present and communicate information clearly both in writing and orally. Good interpersonal and IT skills are essential. Experience of working in a senior records management role is desirable, as is education to degree level or equivalent.

The salary will be in the range of £20,645 to £26,332 a year, pro rata. The College offers 34 days' paid annual holiday, pro rata, and other benefits commensurate with working for a large Cambridge University College including a pension scheme.
